Classes at Elmont

Essentials: Meeting Elmont is an 8 week course that allows guests of Elmont to peek behind the curtain and see what it is like to be a part of our family! During the class you will learn about our Absolutes: the non-negotiables, Convictions: the things we preach and teach, and Opinions: how we challenge our family to lead with grace. Essentials is held during the SECOND service.

The Old Testament makes up three-fourths of the Bible, but it is probably the least understood part of the Bible. The Epic of  Eden will give you a better understanding of the Old Testament as you see how God‘s redemptive plan unfolds. This is a 12 week video based study taught by Sandra Richter. She has an engaging way of teaching the Old Testament that brings it to life. Her understanding of archaeology and the ancient Near East provide insight into the culture of the Old Testament. This class is offered first service in the Spring.
